Approach from the left side and find a yellow storage container. Jump on top of the container and run across the scaffolding.

Location 2: Woman Graffiti (Tell Us Plaza Area)
The woman graffiti is easier to locate but slightly tricky to reach if you don’t know the trick.
Where to Find It
Go to Tell Us Plaza in the city and look for a building with the “Tell Us Plaza” sign. The graffiti is on the second floor.
How to Reach It
To get up there:
Stand on a manhole cover nearby. Let it launch you upward and land on the second-floor ledge.
Once you’re up:
Head toward the left side stairs and look for the unfinished image of a woman.

Where to Find It
Locate the Fossil Fuel gas station near the plaza. Cross the street from the station and look for a wall with a railing above it.
How to Reach It
Use the wall-running mechanic. Run up the metal grate connected to the ground and jump onto the railing.
Once there, you’ll see the flower graffiti ready to be completed.
This location is simple compared to the others and shouldn’t take long.
Location 4: Lamb Graffiti (Cos Con Area)
The lamb graffiti is the most distant of the four and can be easy to miss.
Where to Find It
Head to Cos Con on the west side of the city. Go behind the main stage area.
How to Reach It
Walk along the back edge of the building and look for a raised platform. Climb the wall on the right side and move forward until you find the graffiti.
The lamb artwork will be waiting there for you to complete.
