There are many missions and quests you can take on in Tower of Fantasy to get rewards. These range from side quests, stories, cutscenes and bosses.
When you complete missions and quests, you get rewarded with in-game currencies. One of the activities to be discovered is to get the Voyager Vehicle with one of the parts as Voyager Hull.

How to Get the Voyager Hull in Tower of Fantasy
To get the Voyager Hull, you must complete the Hyena Banges Base quest. Next, proceed and get 15 strawberries, honey and carbonated water and make an Iced Strawberry Soda using a cooker.
Now, proceed to the Hyena Navia Base and hand the Iced Strawberry Soda to Morgley for access to Console Components, then to -768.1, -574.5, located south of Raincaller Island. Into the 1st tower, enter 5972 and activate the device.
Also, proceed to -457.4, -340.7 located northeast of Banges Omnium Tower, then earn multiple repair tool sets and repair the 2nd tower. From there, go to the Small Stronghold southeast of Navia Bay (-258.4, -537.9) and activate from the 3rd tower.
Visit the middle of Navia Bay (-444.3, -589.2) and proceed to the ecological park. You must loot the four supply pods here and the Colossus Arm Relic. Looting the 4th supply pod gets you the Voyager Hull.
When you get the Control Station, Thruster, Engine and Hull, you can make the Voyager Vehicle by fusing them.
