Many users of Snapchat have complained about the missing banner card. It was disclosed that the Snapchat+ banner card could not be found even after removing every other card.
Below, we have explained why Snapchat Plus is not showing and how to fix it.
Why is Snapchat Plus not showing?
After launching the premium subscription plan, Snapchat Plus was only rolled out in a few countries at the start. Hence, it is not showing for you because it is not yet available in your country/region.
Snapchat+ was launched in late June 2022 in pre-selected countries. The list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
If you are a Snapchat living outside these countries, you cannot get the upgrade option yet. Hence, you can only wait until Snapchat consider rolling it out in your country/region.
Snapchat has promised to bring down the feature to more countries with time.
How to fix Snapchat Plus not showing
Snapchat Plus was rolled out to only nine countries upon its launch. You can find it in the US, Canada, and other seven countries worldwide.
Living outside the nine countries, you cannot have the Snapchat Plus feature. Hence, the reason why Snapchat+ is not showing for you.
Snapchat also promised to roll out the premium subscription plan in more countries. Although, it appears that they are still testing the feature in the nine countries in which it was rolled out.
However, you can fix Snapchat Plus not showing by using a good VPN tool or waiting until it gets rolled out in your country.

Connect to a VPN
You can connect to a VPN app and choose any of the nine countries in which Snapchat+ was rolled out. Now, you can visit the Google Play Store to update the Snapchat app.
After updating, clear the app cache and launch it. Now, you should get the Snapchat+ banner card on your profile.

Many users have already taken to social media to ask Snapchat when the update will get to them, and no response has been received yet.

While we await the official rollout to more countries, we hope that more countries and regions will be considered in the next phase.
For now, always ensure that the Snapchat app is regularly updated while you keep checking your profile for the Snapchat+ banner card. Also, ensure you remove other banners from your profile. This will let you see the Snapchat+ banner card once it is available.
