Below, I will explain how to cancel your Zoom free and pro accounts.
How to Deactivate Zoom Free Account
- Start the Zoom desktop client app and sign in to your account.
- Click the Profile icon to the top-right of the window and select My Profile from the dropdown menu. A link is opened as a new tab on your default browser.

Zoom will cease to renew your membership subscription and your billing plan is cancelled. But your Zoom subscription will still be available till it expires. However, you can still reactivate the subscription if you didn't proceed to cancel the zoom account.
