The NIN enrolment is compulsory for every Nigerians, both at home and abroad. As a result, the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has released a piece of information on how Nigerians abroad can enrol for the National Identity Number (NIN).
The NCC also gave mobile network subscribers a deadline to link their NIN to mobile. Subscribers that fail to enrol and link their NIN by 19th January 2021 will be disconnected by their operators. However, if you have enrolled for NIN, you are still allowed to link your line till 9th February 2020 before getting disconnected.
